Encouraging and telling people always be prepared for lots of troubles in the world, we will always "walking" in our life ,if we dont have" thickest socks" ,which means fully prepared ,we will get hurt ,on the other hand, this poem is like a mother care so much about her child when her child go far away from home ,the author shows her worry in the poem and encouraging her child always be prepared and teach her child life is long and complicated ,but you will always doing well, its like the hope from author to the child

The theme of this poem:"packing for the future:Instructions,"by Lorna Crozier, is talk about when a person growing up they need to fight for them self to be a adult, they need to learn to solving the problem and suffer many setbacks and defeat to made them more stronger.  8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
