You always recieve supports from people around you. In the poem, the speaker says, "Mistrust no one who offers you water from a well, a songbird's feather, something that's been mended twice."(line11to14) This means that you should trust people who help you because they can give a wish and make effot for you. If you trust them, you will also believe that they help you when you are in difficult situation. Then you do not need to worry about hardships in your life and you can live more happily, you can "Always travel lighter than the heart."(line40,41) Therefore, the help is neccessary for your life and you should treasure it.
